1: Slice the pork shoulder/butt into 1/3” thin slices. 2: Season the sliced pork with green onions, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic, dark sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, lemongrass, condensed milk, and shallots. 3: Allow marinating for at least 1 hour (overnight would be best). 4: Add 2 tbsp of oil to the marinated meat and combine. 5: Skewer the meats. 6: Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill to GRILL mode at high. 7: Once ready, add the meat and close the lid. 8: Set timer for 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness of cut) and be sure to flip halfway. 9: Serve with rice vermicelli, lettuce, beansprouts, cucumbers, Vietnamese herbs, fish sauce dipping sauce, and peanuts.
